The eight surrounding alpine passes and diverse bike trails make it possible to get the most out of your bike, mountain bike or e-bike. Conquer alpine passes with your own muscle power and let the wind whistle around your ears as you ride down: For many passionate road cyclists, there is no better way to indulge in their hobby. Diverse and varied landscapes, lush flowering meadows, green forests, bizarre rock formations, alpine high mountains and glaciers. Due to its central location, the Andermatt holiday region offers an ideal starting point for road bike tours and training rides.<br \/>\nThe central location makes the journey to the Andermatt holiday region short and pleasant for guests from the north, south, east and west. The Andermatt holiday region can be reached from Zurich and Lugano in just one and a half to two hours.\u00a0If you travel by car, you leave the motorway in G\u00f6schenen and reach Andermatt from there in ten minutes. Rail travelers take the hourly Gotthard express train to G\u00f6schenen and change there to the Matterhorn Gotthard Bahn.
